Do you offer gift wrapping?
Selected gift sets come beautifully packaged. Additional gift wrapping options may be available during checkout.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Singapore typically takes 2–5 working days. More urgent orders, please reach out to us via WhatsApp +8875 4496, we can arrange Lalamove express delivery with additional charges based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I choose a fragrance?
Every fragrance includes a detailed scent description and fragrance notes to help you find your perfect match.
Are all fragrances available across every product?
Most of our signature fragrances are available across multiple collections, though availability may vary by product.
Will the fragrance smell exactly like luxury perfumes or hotels?
Our fragrances are inspired by elegant scent profiles while maintaining their own unique Klares identity.
Wardrobe Air Freshener
Where can I use the Wardrobe Air Freshener?
Perfect for wardrobes, closets, drawers, luggage, shoe cabinets, gym bags, storage boxes, and other enclosed spaces.
How long does it last?
Longevity depends on the environment and airflow. In enclosed spaces, it typically lasts up to one month or longer. In more ventilated areas, the scent may only last around 1–2 weeks.
Can I use it in my car?
Our Wardrobe Air Freshener is specially designed for wardrobes and enclosed spaces. For vehicles, we recommend our Car Diffuser collection, which is designed specifically for in-car use.
Can I reuse it?
The fragrance naturally fades over time. Once the scent is no longer noticeable, we recommend replacing it with a new one.

How long does a car diffuser last?
This depends on the diffuser type, usage, and scent intensity.
Reed Diffusers
How long does a reed diffuser last?
Depending on the size and environment, our reed diffusers typically last up to 2 months.
How can I make the scent stronger?
Flip the reeds every few days for a stronger fragrance. More reeds will also increase scent diffusion.
Where should I place my diffuser?
Place it in a well-ventilated indoor space away from direct sunlight and air-conditioning vents.
Candles
How do I get the best burn?
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
How long should I burn my candle?
We recommend burning for 2–4 hours each time.
Can I reuse the candle jar?
Yes! Once the candle has finished, clean the jar thoroughly and repurpose it as a decorative container or organiser.
Bouquet Candle
Can I burn the flowers?
The decorative flowers are designed for display. We recommend removing them before lighting the candle to enjoy a cleaner and safer burn.
Room & Linen Spray
Where can I use the Room & Linen Spray?
Suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, curtains, sofas, cushions, bedsheets, wardrobes, and fabric furnishings.
Can I spray directly onto fabric?
We recommend testing on a small hidden area first, especially for delicate fabrics.
Pillow Mist
How do I use the Pillow Mist?
Spray lightly onto your pillow, bedding, or linens approximately 20–30 cm away before bedtime.
Can I spray it directly onto my skin?
Our Pillow Mist is formulated for fabrics and linens. We recommend using it as directed.
Hair & Body Mist
Can I spray it on both my hair and skin?
Yes. Our Hair & Body Mist is designed for both hair and body.
How long does the fragrance last?
Fragrance longevity varies depending on your skin type, hair, and environment. Reapply whenever desired.
Fragrance Oils
Can I use your fragrance oils in my diffuser?
Yes. Our water-soluble fragrance oils are suitable for compatible water-based aroma diffusers.
Can I apply the fragrance oil directly to my skin?
No. Our fragrance oils are intended for use in diffusers only unless otherwise stated.
Hand Sanitiser
Does it leave a sticky feeling?
Our formula is designed to leave hands feeling refreshed without a heavy sticky residue.
Can I use it daily?
Yes, it is suitable for everyday use.
Mold & Mildew Stain Remover
What surfaces can I use it on?
It is suitable for many bathroom and household surfaces affected by mold and mildew stains. Always test on a small hidden area before full application.
Does it remove mold permanently?
It effectively removes mold and mildew stains. Regular cleaning and proper ventilation help reduce future growth.
Do I need to scrub?
For most stains, simply spray, allow the product to work, then rinse or wipe clean. Heavily stained areas may require a second application.
Returns
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
