Refund and Return Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Process:
    1. Email us at klares.official@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address.
    3. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at klares.official@gmail.com with a photo of the defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
